FHIR-aligned status model (interoperability)

Our internal activity and delivery status vocabulary is aligned to the HL7 FHIR task and event statuses. We do not yet ship a FHIR API, resource serialisation or SMART-on-FHIR authorisation; interoperability with EHRs is work we are heading toward, not something you can use today.

What exists today

The statuses we use for care activities and reminder deliveries follow the naming and meaning of FHIR task and event statuses. This keeps a later mapping to FHIR resources simple. It is a design alignment only.

What we have not built

  • No FHIR endpoint or resource serialisation.
  • No SMART-on-FHIR authorisation.
  • No EHR integration built on FHIR.
