DESHA.AI is a pre-revenue, mission-driven health technology company solving a $500B global problem — medication non-adherence. We're assembling the founding team that will change how the world manages health.
This isn't a behaviour problem — it's a technology gap. No intelligent system exists that understands a patient's full medication journey, speaks their language, escalates when they go silent, and communicates back to their clinician.
DESHA.AI built Med-Note to fill that gap. Now we're building the team to take it global.
These are foundational roles that will shape the product, the regulatory pathway, and the clinical credibility of DESHA.AI.
The clinical brain of DESHA.AI. You will validate that our AI-generated medication schedules, HRS component weightings, and dosing logic are clinically sound. You bridge the gap between our engineering platform and real-world clinical practice.
You will own DESHA.AI's pathway to regulatory certification and data compliance. With GDPR, HIPAA, FHIR R4, DPDP, and UK MHRA requirements all in scope, this role requires someone who can translate regulatory frameworks into engineering and product decisions.
We are forming a 3–5 person Clinical Advisory Board comprising senior GPs, pharmacists, and clinical informaticians. Advisory board members provide strategic guidance on product direction, validate clinical claims, and serve as named advisors for regulatory submissions and investor materials.
As DESHA.AI moves from pilot to commercial launch, you will own the go-to-market strategy across our 6-sector rewards ecosystem — pharmacies, health insurers, employers, pharma companies, GP clinics, and life insurance providers. You understand NHS procurement and private healthcare commercial models.
We are always open to conversations with engineers who are passionate about health AI, voice interfaces, multi-modal LLMs, and real-time clinical systems. If you've built production AI systems with measurable patient impact, we want to talk.
We're building a full founding team. If you care deeply about fixing medication adherence and have skills that can move the needle, tell us who you are.
Send an Open ApplicationThis isn't just a job. You're helping build the first global medication adherence platform — with real patients on the other end.
Every feature you ship helps a patient remember a potentially life-saving medication. Impact is measurable, immediate, and meaningful.
Early-stage equity with proper vesting. Founding team members will own a real stake in a company solving a $500B global problem.
We hire for impact, not proximity. Async-friendly processes, flexible working hours, and no commuting tax on your time and energy.
Work with DeepGram, ElevenLabs, Azure OpenAI, OCR pipelines, multi-agent systems, and real-time voice AI in a clinical setting.
Founded by engineers who lost family members to medication errors. Every architectural decision starts with the question: does this help a patient?
Our platform serves patients in 72 languages. What you build here has the potential to reach patients on every continent — from NHS to MENA to South Asia.
Transparent, fast, and designed to help you show your best work — not memorise algorithm puzzles.
Send your CV and a short note (3–4 sentences) on why this mission matters to you to careers@desha.ai. No cover letter templates — just your own words.
A conversation with a founder. We'll walk through the product, the mission, and what you'd be building. This is a two-way conversation — you should be interviewing us too.
A short, relevant take-home task aligned to the real work (e.g., reviewing a clinical use case, a regulatory analysis, or a technical design question). Capped at 2 hours. We pay for assessments beyond the interview stage.
Meet the wider founding team. We move fast — expect a decision within 5 business days of your final interview. Offer includes salary, equity breakdown, and start date.
We're a small, focused team working on a problem that affects billions of patients. If this resonates, we'd love to hear from you.
