Clinical Informatics Lead
The clinical brain of DESHA.AI. You will validate that our AI-generated medication schedules, HRS component weightings, and dosing logic are clinically sound. You bridge the gap between our engineering platform and real-world clinical practice.
- › Validate medication schedule generation logic and polypharmacy flags
- › Review and approve HRS WHO-validated component weightings
- › Define clinical escalation thresholds for the 6-level system
- › Inform DocNote AI agent prompts and output safety boundaries
- › Support clinical advisory board recruitment and governance
- › Interface with NHS trusts and GP network pilots
Regulatory & Compliance Lead
You will own DESHA.AI's pathway to regulatory certification and data compliance. With GDPR, HIPAA, FHIR R4, DPDP, and UK MHRA requirements all in scope, this role requires someone who can translate regulatory frameworks into engineering and product decisions.
- › Lead DPIA (Data Protection Impact Assessment) completion
- › Own MHRA Software as Medical Device (SaMD) classification review
- › Establish and maintain GDPR/HIPAA/DPDP compliance framework
- › Interface with ICO, NHS Digital Trust, and regulators
- › Review and approve AI output safety and bias mitigation
- › Draft and maintain data processing agreements with partners
Named Clinical Advisory Board
We are forming a 3 to 5 person Clinical Advisory Board comprising senior GPs, pharmacists, and clinical informaticians. Advisory board members provide strategic guidance on product direction, validate clinical claims, and serve as named advisors for regulatory submissions and investor materials.
- › Senior GP or GP Partner with interest in digital health and patient adherence
- › Clinical pharmacist with NHS prescribing and polypharmacy experience
- › Academic researcher in medication adherence, mHealth, or behavioural health
- › NHS Digital or NHSX programme lead with interoperability experience
Commercial Health Lead
As DESHA.AI moves from pilot to commercial launch, you will own the go-to-market strategy across our 6-sector rewards ecosystem, across pharmacies, health insurers, employers, pharma companies, GP clinics, and life insurance providers. You understand NHS procurement and private healthcare commercial models.
- › Build and manage pharmacy and health insurer partnerships
- › Lead employer wellness B2B2C pipeline development
- › Navigate NHS procurement frameworks and NHSX Frameworks
- › Build pharma adherence programme partnerships
- › Own revenue targets from Month 12 onwards
- › Represent DESHA.AI at NHS events and health-tech conferences
AI / Full-Stack Engineers

30-Minute Intro Call
A conversation with a founder. We'll walk through the product, the mission, and what you'd be building. It's a two-way conversation. You should be interviewing us too.
Practical Assessment
A short, relevant take-home task aligned to the real work (e.g., reviewing a clinical use case, a regulatory analysis, or a technical design question). Capped at 2 hours. We pay for assessments beyond the interview stage.
Final Conversation & Offer
