We knew the technology existed to solve this. We had spent decades building it at Microsoft. The question was whether anyone would do it.

The Journey
Deep Sharma, after 9 years at Microsoft, identifies the gap: great AI tools exist for businesses but none for the most vulnerable healthcare consumer — the patient. He begins designing the DESHA.AI architecture.
Chetan Parulekar, 30 years at Microsoft including AI-powered marketing systems, joins as Co-Founder. Ritesh Thakur leads operations. The founding trio brings a combined 60+ years of enterprise software experience.
The first product — Med-Note, the AI medication adherence companion — goes live. 6-level escalation architecture, 72-language support, prescription OCR. The flywheel begins turning.
HRS Score, Doc-Note, and Desha-Vault follow — each layer adding clinical depth to the patient data already captured by Med-Note. The Global Patient Companion Platform takes shape.
