Prices are shown and charged in USD. UK pricing is at parity (£ equals $ on every plan), so the number you see is the number you pay.
Can I switch plans later? ▾
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Family profiles and adherence data are preserved when you change plans.
Is there a contract or lock-in? ▾
No lock-in. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time. Annual plans (when available) will include a discount and standard refund terms.
Do you have plans for clinics and hospitals? ▾
Yes. Clinicians start from $10 with the Starter plan (full refund within 7 days), then move up to Pro or the Clinic plan for multi-provider practices. Hospitals and health systems use Enterprise — unlimited seats and patients, SSO, BAA / on-prem, and an uptime SLA. Contact us to scope it.
